Kuwait Motoring Company (K.M.C.) was established in 1987 at the recommendation of the Higher Council of Traffic and the approval of the Council of the Ministers after viewing the feasibility study prepared by the Kuwait Institute for Science Research on the serious investigation of traffic accidents statistics in Kuwait. KMC aims to reduce traffic accidents in order to preview human and material resources of Kuwait. KMC focuses on teaching and training those who wish to acquire public and private license theoretical and practical courses on principles of mechanics and first aid in addition to the law and principals of the traffic in any of it's three centers (Shuwaikh, Farwanaya and Ahmadi).
